Through community-led campaigns, civic engagement, and leadership development, Alianza advances environmental, educational, and economic justice throughout the eastern Coachella Valley.

Communities for a New California Education Fund

Communities for a New California Education Fund builds power with working-class families across rural California, including the Coachella and Imperial valleys. Through community organizing, leadership development, public education, and nonpartisan voter engagement, CNC Education Fund helps residents shape the decisions affecting their families and neighborhoods.

Congregations Organized for Prophetic Engagement

COPE is a Black-led, faith-rooted organization that develops the leadership of clergy, congregants, and community members across the Inland Empire. Through grassroots organizing and civic engagement, COPE works to strengthen communities and advance justice in education, housing, health, and the justice system.

Inland Coalition for Immigrant Justice

The Inland Coalition for Immigrant Justice brings organizations and community leaders together to improve the lives of immigrants across the Inland Empire. Through community education, organizing, leadership development, and regional coordination, IC4IJ works toward a future in which immigrant communities are respected, protected, and empowered.

Inland Congregations United for Change

Inland Congregations United for Change equips people of faith with the tools to become community leaders and create meaningful change. Serving Riverside and San Bernardino counties, ICUC organizes residents around voter engagement, education, housing, immigrant rights, economic opportunity, and justice-system reform.

People’s Collective for Environmental Justice

The People’s Collective for Environmental Justice Education Fund educates and empowers communities affected by pollution, environmental hazards, and inequitable development. Through research, public awareness, and capacity building, PC4EJ advances community-led solutions for a healthier, more equitable, and environmentally resilient Inland Empire.

SBX Youth & Family Services

SBX Youth & Family Services works to break the cycle of poverty and violence through mentoring, education, and community organizing. Its programs empower young people, support family stability, develop community leadership, and connect Inland Empire residents with resources and opportunities to thrive.

Starting Over, Inc.

Starting Over, Inc. supports people and families affected by incarceration, homelessness, and other barriers to stability. Combining transitional housing and reentry services with civic engagement and community organizing, Starting Over helps residents rebuild their lives while addressing the systems that perpetuate poverty and incarceration.

Warehouse Workers Resource Center

The Warehouse Worker Resource Center empowers warehouse workers and communities across Southern California’s Inland Empire. Through education, organizing, advocacy, and direct support, WWRC works to improve job conditions, protect workers’ rights, and ensure that the region’s logistics economy benefits the people who sustain it.
