The Inland Empire is growing faster than any other region in California—but outdated policies and narratives are holding us back. Too often, we are told to blame our neighbors for the struggles we all share, while corporations and powerful interests profit at our expense.

We’re shifting the conversation. From the High Desert to the Coachella Valley, we are building a collective vision—one where every community has the resources, representation, and opportunities to thrive. Together, we are reclaiming our story and demanding a future that works for all of us.

Growing Power from Within

Justice Leadership Academy (JLA)

We are proud to work alongside a diverse network. Our region is home to over 4.7 million people, most from communities of color, yet our leadership doesn’t reflect us. The Justice Leadership Academy (JLA) is changing that.

In partnership with California Environmental Voters Education Fund and Planned Parenthood of the Pacific Southwest, we train progressive women, Black, Indigenous, LGBTQ, and other leaders of color to run for office and manage winning campaigns.

This free, six-month training program provides hands-on skills, mentorship, and strategy to shift representation across our region. of community organizations committed to advancing equity and civic power in the Inland Empire. By uniting our strengths, we amplify our impact and create lasting change.
